A friend from there and I plan to head up to Austin on Saturday the 23rd to check out Pinballz! Anybody else care to meet us there? I was waiting on a package to arrive that I need to take care of for my folks (they live in Africa now). It was sent via FedEx from dad's corporate office (also located in Houston) on the 19th. It should have arrived yesterday, but FedEx's site showed it never left their facility as "Package not due for delivery". It had an delivery date of the 22nd, so I was concerned I'd have to take care of it for them on Saturday. In my experience at the arcade, Sega pinball machines have been the most troublesome and unreliable pins in the entire arcade. This includes: - Starship Troopers - Independence Day - Godzilla - Apollo 13 (which may never even return to the floor it's so problematic) - X-Files - Twister (constant problems with two different machines) Data East machines aren't much better (Sega bought Data East's pinball business in 1994). ..Al Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
