Chris Leach
Well: Ive got a daughter who spends hours on end playing with her legos, but we live in gaytown usa and the selection of cheap legos is slim to none .......so? I am looking for any old legos you might have lying around from your kids or you yourself that do not get play any longer.....horses, animals, figures...misc blocks...those falt board things to play on...? Hit me up and let me know what you might have lying around..If you got the box and manual for a set that is amazing as well...she looks at them and I try to teach her how to put them together.... But misc blocks will even work...just a ton of them if you got them..Im even up for trading anything from my sales thread for legos..... Check my for sale thread and let me know Chris almost forgot...NO DUPLO..she hates those Edited September 16, 2011 by Chris Leach

the.golden.ax
Came in here just because I thought perhaps WTTF meant that you want to t***y F**k legos. That would be both painful, and inappropriate... almost more so than my mentioning it here. AX

Tense
It should be mentioned that there is no such thing as an "old Lego". I cannot part with mine, but I wish you luck on your quest. Chris Leach
"Old Legos" are tigheter than new legos and the new legos are exact replicas of the old styles through and through and sometimes rarely they mix in new part....custom faces what have you..thats why I say Old legos

RJ
Yeah hey good luck on finding any Legos...I posted a similar topic not long ago & had no luck...someone did direct me to bricklink.com & peeron.com & I recently discovered letsbuilditagain.com when peeron crapped out on me one day. But I was lucky enough that a co-worker sold me a mess of his kids' Legos, which damn near doubled what I already had from my youth. My 3 yr old boys are absolutely crazy about them too. A day doesnt go by that they dont play w/ them. But yeah they really hold their value & wont ofetn come cheap used or not. I got a couple hardcover LEGO books at the GOOB Borders sale, really interesting stuff/info about the company, how it got started, history, etc. Lots of pics for the kids too. Snagged some sets at good discounts there too- 2 huge $75 cranes for 40% off. I might have a bunch of loose minifigs I no longer have anymore Heh...uh, read that closely...is that even possible? Legos are cheap dude! There are so many of them you could fill a landfill to make a landfill surrounding that of the landfill which houses the unscarred remains of the Rumerous Maximus E.T. Landfill findings..... Ebay even has them cheap....in store Legos are like $0.10 a piece..you can get 500 pieces on ebay for like $.02 a piece......and free shipping cause they dont weigh anything... Thanks to those that have pm'ed me about their old legos..... Still up for trades..check my for tread thread... HatefulGravey
My mother in law has a large box of lego in the attic at her place and I have tried 100 times to get out of there and take them home. She swears that some day the kids will want them. Now, the kids have no idea they are there because she wont let me take them out of there.... If, by some unholy luck and/or spell, I manage to get them out of that attic I'll be sure to contact you. This could take some time, so don't hold your breath. Maybe I'll be able to find you some at one of the local auctions too. I see things like this from time to time there as well. I'll stay in touch with you on this. RJ
Well I guess you & I have different ideas of "cheap" 'cuz if I considered ebay (or ANY) Legos cheap I'd have hellofalot more...like I told my wife when my Lego buying was peaking "you can never have tooo many LEGOS" When I 1st began checking ebay there were some lots I considered but the buyers got unfit bricks like dirty & useless pieces. & the co-workers big batch I had to pick out all the gunk, non-legos & loose hair yuck! But in that case I got them for $30 & can build around 15 complete sets from them, & consider many sets arent "good" until they reach the $20 mark. Red 5
My son who has moved onto other types of lego sets has a zillion Bionicles he wants to get rid of. Most with boxes and instructions I think. But we are talking A LOT and they are the bionicles type of Legos. Big sets of vehicle ones, small robots, gigantic robots and everything in between. Let me know if that's the kind of thing you are looking for.
