The link in the OP is dead, but you can get this book from Amazon I have a handful of gaming books in my collection, and honestly this is my favorite. I read this book in 2 nights because it was a page turner. If you have a copy of this book, please comment. Strange to find this here, I just logged into AA for the first time tonight in quite a while. The book is no longer available on Amazon or Lulu.
