JacobZu7zu7 Posted December 6, 2011 Share Posted December 6, 2011 (edited) 7800 Knockout Game 1: Our first elimination round is the arcade classic Dig Dug SETTING: Play on DEFAULT setting (Pineapple) DEADLINE TO PLAY: This round will start Wednesday December 7th. 12:00AM (MIDNIGHT) EST and runs a week or until 12:00AM EST December 14th. Play with 7800 System, or emulation. Any joystick or keyboard is fine! Pics are encoraged here, however I WILL accept a no pic score. Anyone can jump in and play a Knockout round game, if they like... (this includes players who have been Knocked out of the tournament!), just for fun and high score though, NOT to be counted in the contest. You need not win, just not finish LAST! Let the battle begin... It's pretty easy, actually, you move through the ground blowing up enemies like balloons. Just stay a solid distance from each creature before blowing them up. Here's a tip: If you see a fygar about to roast you and it looks like you can't get outta there, a quick pump oughtta stop it. Also, I've escaped many a pooka touch-death just from pumping and backpedaling. ...and crushing helps. Gorfy overtakes Sonic R. by 14ks. patbb & Darrin9999 join the Knockout in 3rd and 6th place. roadrunner at the moment, has been pushed from the top spot into 2nd. 4 players with no score recorded yet...
