Rev, If what you want is to play a game ROM, you need an emulator for your computer. There are some available with a front-end for Windows, which others may be able to help with. I only know jzIntv, but it is geared towards programmers and runs only in the command line, with no GUI interface. I once prepared a package with instructions to help you run Christmas Carol with jzIntv and posted it in another thread. Did you ever get it to work?
