solidcorp
Is there somewhere you can get replacement switches for 2600's? (other than other 2600's) I'm specifically looking for the momentary (select) and toggle (power) switches with the long brushed metal handles. maiki
I've never seen such a disorganized "eshop" that was probably put together using some Microsoft Word 95 or so... Edited January 11, 2012 by maiki
Ransom
I've never seen such a disorganized "eshop" that was probably put together using some Microsoft Word 95 or so... Yep, it's...uh..quirky...for sure. But Brad's the real deal -- I've been ordering from him since 1990, and have always had fantastic service. But, yeah, the website doesn't exactly scream 'professionally designed."
SoulBlazer
Isn't there a min order that you have to place, though? If he just needs a power switch, it may not be enough.
Ransom
Hmmm. I don't know. I've never run into that. I'm always buying $100+ worth of stuff when I place an order.
Syntaxerror999
I've never seen such a disorganized "eshop" that was probably put together using some Microsoft Word 95 or so... Agreed... plus he gets a little defensive about it. But he's a cool Guy none the less and will come highly recomended by anyone here. Ordering is a little archaic though... you E-mail what you want and where you live. He replys back with the cost plus s&h. PayPal him the money (I suggest e-mailing him again to let him know) and he sends it out. Not exactly 21st century but you'll get your stuff. solidcorp
Sounds great, thanks! My 2600's are fine for now, I really wanted to know availability of those parts for another possible project which should merit buying several. I just haven't been able to find anything that matches the look and feel.
jaybird3rd
I can only second everyone else's recommendation. I bought some brand new (or at least "new old stock") replacements for those exact same switches from Best Electronics late last year. I'm amazed that they're still available after all these years, but they were exactly what I needed.
Syntaxerror999
It will be a sad day when he runs out of parts. He did tell me he has all of ataris microfiche reels when I asked him about TIA schematics. (Couldn't get them for me cause of the expense... but I'm sure he'll take the time when he runs out of chips)

satoayanami
Hi, good evening. I tried to find a CO22032 flex PCB for the Jr 2600 at Best Electronics but i couldn't. I've sent an email to bestelec@concentric.net and i hope they can help me. Is there another retailer of parts as Best Electronics? Tip: the PCB i'm asking for, is the select/reset flexible PCB used on Jr. 2600. Thanks.

I suggest posting in the wanted forum. Crap, I know I have a box of at least 10 Jr.'s that don't work somewhere. I doubt anything on this planet could move me to try and find them though, especially for one flex circuit.
