Sonic R
ugh... this is hard with a joystick! (I usually play Centipede with a trak-ball on the 5200 or arcade!) otherwise, I really like the 7800 port! going to work in this... 35,562 (sooo close to the extend ) Edited January 19, 2012 by Sonic R

bigbee99
Let me just say. I was going to town! I broke 100k and still had 4 or 5 men left! BLASTING THEM. But I noticed the spider still had not got any faster. I killed off all of my men and I was on Novice /blush. I guess b/t games I had lightly hit "left" on my stick. If nothing else, I had the game slowed down some for a bit. I've never really considered myself much of a Centipede player so watching it in slow mode helped me to play the bottom better when I had 6 or so heads coming at me. So I went back to standard and played a few more games. 56955 B

bigbee99
I played it some more tonight just to give it one more run. I finally crossed the 100k mark! A little more time on this one I think I could keep it up for a bit. 127526 B

Sonic R
I had broke, 50k, but refrained from posting, as I won't be able to participate in the next round, and just felt it wouldn't be fair to advance and take a spot from someone who would otherwise be able to play the next game... I had fun playing in this knockout tournament and wish to thank all the players and JacobZu7zu7 for organizing and maintaining this competition! I look forward to competing in the regular HSC in the upcoming season, so long as I have the game...

I don't have it either... oO Thank you I had a great time in this competition and got to spend some time with the ol' 7800, which I had not played too much of for a long time... I saw that my score would have knocked out patbb, and knowing he is capable to play via emulation, while I am not capable at this time, I felt it would be better to just bow out now and let the folks capable of continuing a chance to play... I would have been eliminated by default anyhow... and I would love to get Ninja Golf! I have a friend who has it, but he moved up north recently... I got a chance to play it last year and really enjoyed the game, though it does seem to have alot of "cheap hits"... ah well, after I complete my 5200 collection, I may look at adding to my 7800 library!
