I've been seeing some Chinese Droid handhelds on the market lately. The have physical buttons and the specs seem impressive. Can anyone make a recommendation on these? Two of the ones that I have seen for sale online are the JXD S7100 and the (I think) JXD S601. Any experiences with these? Thanks.

If you're talking about those smaller(smaller than a Kindle fire I think) $89 Android handhelds form China that have no exact name(nope, no name!), avoid them like the plague.

A coworker brought one in to work. I tried all day to surf one website with Ethernet & Wifi. Nope. The touch screen response is horrible, and no real Android app market. I had more entertainment watching the j-pop video that came pre-installed with it, but nothing else. You can't even play Angry Birds right.

Ya try any emulation on it?  Touchscreen games are crap; I want to see how powerful Android can be when you have real buttons.

The ones that I saw look like a PSP and have buttons. The specs look great unless that's bs...

I think they look neat, but I decided that their cost (as it relates to their chinese source) makes them a risk that's just a little too great for me to take--at least for this generation of them.
