Today, I met an old friend
My friend were collecting Colecovision games until he get rid of all his stuff back in 2009

So today, we were talking about that and he told me that he only kept 2 games wich he did not want to sell ....
So, I said, Yeah, really? ... What are those 2 games anyway?

He said, Ah, Burgertime and Frenzy...

So I asked him why those 2 games?
He told me he never saw other copies like those 2 (and he's right)

Needless to say that I said I wanted them!! :)

Here for your (watermarked) viewing pleasure! :)
There will be no watermarks once on the museum website ;)

Those are more than damn hard to come by!
I know for sure these were auctioned on ebay, .... back in 2004 ( I think)
Never saw any other, anywhere...

The CBS logo is molded inside the left part of the case
The case look ALOT like the cases that were planned for the SuperGame games (remember Buck Rogers?)

You never know! ;)

Nice pickup! :-o

Are there any difference in gameplay or have you had a chance to dump the games and compare to other dumps of the games?

Thanks Jim, I'm more than happy to be able to preserve them!
My friend knew how crazy I am with Coleco stuff and that's why he accepted to lend them to me

I did not check them, yet. But I suppose they are the same as the CBS version ...

Frenzy above is distributed by CBS.
But my box is not like this because the name Frenzy takes up more space on my version.
I also have a gray border around it.

Correct, Those were made and printed in Spain

Apparently, they were made for the Spain market
Cart label is also different than other CBS version, exclusive to Spain

I believe I own a CIB spanish version of Super Action Football (Soccer). Front Line was another one that was released in those black boxes. This is the first time I've seen BurgerTime in this type of packaging. :)

If that is the case and seeing as to how rare the UK release is CIB, then you own THE rarest CBS Electronics release ever made... in my opinion.

I don't know if it's the rarest, but all the spanish ones are pretty rare. Oh, and Cabbage Patch Kids (Adventure in the Park) was also released in the spanish packaging. I have a picture of that in my records.
