A Couple of Donkey Kong Questions

Also, I remember playing a lot of Donkey Kong on Coleco when I was really small (like 5 years old), what did people actually call Mario back then? Did they actually call him Jumpman or was it just The Man or did they already start to refer to him as Mario by then?

You should have a look at this video for more info.

Home ports where the pie-factory exists include: A800 and Ocean's port on the C64.

The NES port/hack which includes the pie factory can actually be purchased here: http://www.retrousb.com/product_info.php?cPath=29&products_id=103

I bought it, well worth the money.

However, I am in for the SGM and Opcode's Donkey Kong Arcade under the ColecoVision. Undoubtedly it will be the best home port once released.

The pie version actually exists in most of the home computer versions. The C-64 version for Atarisoft, Atari 8-bit, TI-99... EVEN the Commodore Vic-20 version, by Atarisoft.. The reason many people THINK it's not there is due to the fact it follows the Donkey Kong US order (Barrels, Rivets, Barrels, Elevators, Rivets, Barrels, & &--#60;b&--#62;FINALLY&--#60;/b&--#62; Pies..).
