Carl Mueller Jr
All, I thought people might appreciate seeing a preview of the instruction booklet (which has been completed) for D2K Arcade for the Intellivision. It shows all nine screens, but only portions of those screens so not too much is given away. I hope everyone is as excited as we are about this release. For more information, please see: http://gamesforyourintellivision.com Thanks, Carl PS We are working as hard as we can to get the materials printed… We hope to be able to ship in about four weeks. :-)
Rev
Sweet, I like the art now that I see it together on the manual, before it was bits and pieces, but it looks great.

Rev
Nice. I can't wait. You are on the order list, right? Yep. This is going to be the best DK ever. Sure looks like it. Ive never played the Jumpman Returns Arcade version that this was taken from. Hey, I never even heard of it until this INTV version. Should be awesome....This almost..or is...an Intellivision exclusive if you think about it. As far as I know the JumpmanReturns game never made it on a cart did it? Correct me if im wrong. It is actually more inspired by than based on Jumpman Returns. It does have 3 screens which are direct translations, but 2 of the screens are totally exclusive to the Intellivision – Twisted Girders and the Eliminator. You can't even get to the Eliminator unless you make it to Level 3… Which means that you already have to be an awfully good player. But yes, there is good reason to fear it. Carl Mueller Jr
Nice manual. It looks so much like mine. I am honored. Really? I was not aware your manual features screenshots or descriptions of individual levels or any explanation of bouncing off the screen edges… Then again, I don't have my own copy, so I wouldn't know. YES! Finally reached - but did not pass - this stage: Yay me! Hey, are we tracking high scores for either D1K or D2K anywhere?

You're the first to post pictures or to even get to this level (apart from my son). How did you find the changes in the flames behavior at level 2 and level 3? zodiacprime
How did you find the changes in the flames behavior at level 2 and level 3? I was totally taken by surprise, especially on the Twisted Girders stage. At first I was like, HOLY CRAP! But then I Thor'd up and all was good the hammer (and patience) is your friend here. On the other side of the coin, I think the Triple Elevators stage is a bit easier the second time around as the elevators are a bit zippier. If you make a bad decision and have to bounce back there's usually a platform ready to bounce towards. Not so with stage one where their slow movement can cause problems when in need.
