I have a 3DS and recently was given some points for the eshop. My experiences have been hit and miss so far. Game Boy games play well on the 3DS, in my opinion, however I do not like the NES display; it should be enlarged. The 3D Classics are cool; I have Kirby and Excitebike. So, what do you guys recommend? Maybe you can save me the trouble of navigating the eshop.

Mutant Mudds is a GREAT platformer. (There is a demo available)
And I also play a lot of Zuma's Revenge.

I hope you had a chance to grab Zelda: Four Swords while it was available.

Thanks! I actually did download Four Swords when it was free, but strangely have never played it! I also downloaded the first Rayman after playing Origins on Vita, it's pretty fun but also frustrating at times like a lot of the platforming oldies.

Pushmo is a good puzzle title.

As usual though check some youtube vids of anything for a preview to make sure it's the kind of game you'd like.

Shantae Risky's Revenge and the Mighty series (Mighty Flip Champ, Mighty Milkyway, Mighty Switchforce) are really fun games by developer Wayforward.

The ports of Vvvvvv and Cave Story are both great.

Pushmo is a really cool puzzle game with nice 3D effects.

Zen Pinball is an ok pinball game.

And to end, I am a big fan of 3D Classics Twinbee, a vertical shooter by Konami that was on the Famicom.
