I would say that first and foremost, a game I had no real like for back in the day was "Towering Inferno" but the more I play it now the more I like it.

Its actually pretty darn hard the higher levels you go.

For me it's Kaboom. I was never very interested in it as a kid but it's one of my favorites now.

I'll admit that I didn't like Frogger at first, but it became one of my favorites.

I find many of the games I most enjoy today I largely ignored the first time around even though they were in my collection. Some examples:

Worm War I
Seaquest
Dodge 'Em
Demons to Diamonds
Cosmic Ark
Popeye
Megamania

Some that I played to death back then but hold little appeal now:

Asteroids
Dolphin
Pac-man
Skiing (timed games in general, actually)
Pitfall!
Cosmic Creeps

Some games I never played at all until recently, and enjoy:

Star Master
Solar Fox
Tapper
Turmoil
