Do boxes for the following carts exist or were they only included as pack-ins for kits and peripherals?

Atarigraphics
Atariartist
Telelink II

I'm guessing that no.  I think Atariartist only came the drawing pad, Telelink II only came with the communication bundle, and I think Atarigraphics may have only come with the light pen (I'm not sure about that one).

I believe you are correct; I have never come across those in their own boxes.  Atarigraphics only came with the light pen.
Curt can probably tell us for sure. He can check the files to see if they even had graphics made up for boxes.

New product introductions at the 1982 Summer CES in Chicago included the Communicator II kit, for $279.95, and the TeleLink II cartridge to be sold separately for $79.95.  See Creative Computing, Oct 1982, p. 180.

So I think Atari did intend to release TeleLink II separately.  But, it doesn't seem to have ever actually shipped separately from the Communicator II kit.

Telelink II cartridges are rare enough that even if it came in a separate box I don't think I'll ever find one.  Boxed productivity software is hard to find unless it's NOS.

I have an Atarigraphics set, if I'm understanding you correctly. I see a lot of the "packs" with the pen, instructions, and cartridge. But don't see the box. I wonder why I don't see the box very often? But I do believe you r correct, in the set for this one.

B&C still has unboxed light pens and Atarigraphics carts w/ manual in a bag for $15.  Likely why you don't see many boxes.  The light pen got pulled pretty early on, don't think all that many boxed ones were sold were they?  Wasn't it mostly lawyer paranoia?  The cable is crap and a couple connections break pretty easy on the little PCB in the connector.  I had to take mine apart and fix it after a week or so.  It's a fun toy though.

Myatari lists Telelink II carts (no box) for $15 each.  I picked one up a few years ago to look at it - there's a small flash memory in there for storing phone numbers.
