J. McDermott
So far, I've bought 2 cheap R8s while shopping around the local used stores: Glacier Patrol and Robin Hood / Sir Lancelot. I rarely see anything beyond R5.

the.golden.ax
I just have to when the OP says at least rarity 5 and then lists a 4 why not just make the rules for at least 4
Jinks
Gas hog r8 prob most rare. dont really collect super rare games just collect good ones. or at least try to. as most people know rare games are sometimes rare for a reason. They suck.. oh i now read you have to list all games above r5 Sorry too lazy...

high voltage
Most of the PAL carts are R? on AA, so that's R9 or R10 for me.
rolenta
Video Life - 10 Eli's Ladder - 10 MagiCard -10 Music Machine -10 X-Man - 9 All with manuals (ecept Music Machine). The only boxes I had were for Video Life and X-Man and I threw them out long ago. Eli's Ladder and X-Man were given to me free by the manufacturers. Video Life and MagicCard were purchased from Video Takeout in West Hollywood. Only Music Machine came off of e-Bay and I think I paid less than $300. Dino
Ah ok mine are so rare AA doesn't even list them: SongMate cib (R6 for now) PictureMate cib (R6 for now) Besides those two also: Glacier Patrol cib (R4) X Man cib (R9) Mangia cib (R9) Bumper Bash cib (R9) Master Builder cib (R7) Gas Hog (R3) Springer (R5) Miner II (R7) all eight ITT Family Games cib (R3)....... AA lists them as R? sorry to burst your bubble! but - I'm sure you know all those rarities apply to NTSC format only You don't bust my bubble as I don't care about TV formats :-) . Hehe I forgot an 'r' in burst, glad this is the Internet Btw my Gas Hog is in a Piratenschiff box, on AA it's listed as R?, so for me it's a R9, just to be awkward R? for PAL stuff only means that no one has ever bothered to assign a rarity. I've put my view on rarity against your carts above. THere's no way a cib mangia is a R10. Is a R9 at best

purduecrum
I've gone for the low-hanging fruit at this point. I figure once I get the 5s and below closer to complete, along with a few label variations that I can stumble upon, I'll start looking at the big boys. Miner 2049er Vol II - Got it for about $10 in an eBay lot. Subterranea - Think I got this one in the AA marketplace for around $20 Math Grand Prix (picture sears) - 99 cents at a local used store Submarine Commander - Think I got this one in the AA marketplace for around $8 Artillery Duel - Not sure where I got this one? high voltage
I forgot my very very rare Pole Position with official wallchart/stickers. So far one's been found...mine:
Asaki
Dang. We got Pole Position at a dollar store back in the day, and it didn't come with any of that stuff. As for rarities, I'm not a "collector" really, so I don't hunt them out or anything. We've had Artillery Duel/Chuck Norris Superkicks (R5) since before I was born (and also Ghost Manor/Spike's Peak, which is only an R4). Sometime probably around the mid 90s we got Dragon Treasure (R5) from...I don't remember, probably one of my dad's friends. My uncle has both of the Frogger games. We used to off and on hold onto his games for him, but they've been back in his possession for a while now. Shame they're so rare, I always liked them. high voltage
I think that Pole Position special was only released in UK, judging by the Atarimania page.

Torr
My one-of-a-kind (as far as I know, nothing at AA or AtariMania mentions such a cart) SwordQuest: Earthworld. It's an NTSC cart, but follows the PAL solution and gives PAL clues. I've compared stickers with my other 'standard' SQ:EW and they are identical. I'm sure there must be more out there, but nobody ever actually tries PLAYING the game to realize they have wonky carts too. jhammond
Frankenstein's Monster (R5) Montezuma's Revenge (R5) Tapper (R6) Spy Hunter (R6) all are VERY fun games and I play them a lot!! The Manuels were Harder to find than the games!! Anyway, everything was found on E-bay within the last 3 years...Except Montezuma's Revenge, that's a game I still have from my childhood (my second favorite game of all time!) jhammond
E.T. II (R10+) this is the only prototype...Recently found in a back storage room in the old Atari Inc. Headquarters building in California. Howard Scott Warsaw had kept the proto a secret until Steven Speilberg released the sequel to E.T., which of course never happened. A friend of mine was hired to renovate the old building and stumbled across a box and found this game cartridge. He knew I was a big fan of Atari and mailed the game to me for my 40th birthday. This game is just like the first game except it features many many more pits to fall in. If you beat the game, you are treated to an ending with Stephen Speilberg holding a shotgun chasing Warsaw around for making such a pile of shit.
Asaki
The Manuels were Harder to find than the games!! Oh yeah, we have the manuals for all of our Xonox games. I don't know if that increases the "rarity" or anything.
