J-F indeed was kind enough to send me a nice PNG of the front of his concept art, completely unsolicited! I was surely inspired by it! For my boxes, I went back to the very root of it all, beginning with a complete re-illustration of the actual video game marquee. You will find this miniaturized on the photo of the game cabinet itself on the front of my boxes. It's a prototype, as I am waiting to get new toner carts delivered this week. This proto has no gloss coating but you get the design ideas... This design was inspired by the other 3 games that were designed for the Expansion Module #2 (Destructor, Dukes, and Bump N' Jump). I present to you... Turbo (Special Edition)! Phattyboombatty did an EXCELLENT run on DK and Turbo repro boxes awhile back that I added to my collection. They were great.
