I have a pirated version (still angry about that one) and one with just the cart. Lemmings is one of my favorite games. I first played the PC version, later bought it on the Game Gear (first game I bought for the Game Gear) and now have it on my Lynx

It's DM 29,90, not $. This means it actually was something between 15 and 20 Dollars only. 
Still I'm not too fond of the Lynx version, although it is a good collector's item. )

Then you should demand a refund! The price sticker says it's just 15 Euros!
At least thanks to the old German price tag you can be pretty damn sure the box is an original. They would never put on two fake price tags of an extinct currency on a bootleg.
