4-pin connector thing - what are they called?

The black connector things that the wires go into on the U1MB and VBXE boards, what are they called?
I need to buy some already with wires. I hate making those things.

They are called header connectors, if you have a soldering iron  it is easy to connect wires to them, but since you hate making them maybe it's better to check your old pile of CD audio connector cables for your older PCs. Those cables usually utilize a 4 position header connector with only three wires but you may be lucky enough to find one that uses two ground wires plus 2 others for left and right channels.  You could simply cut the other end of the cable and connect the wires to the Atari mobo.
