Mario Bros P?

I just noticed my Mario bros end label reads MARIO BROS.* P. What does this mean? Do I have a reproduction? Does P stand for Prototype? Does anyone else have this?

No, it's just the PAL version :)

It seems to work fine on an Ntsc vcs and tv
Back to Atari 2600
