ianoid
I'd send in an Apollo cart for authenticity if the PCBs would fit in it, rather than a standard Atari case. Also, I think the label should be identical except for a very subtle change, like in the copyright line, as suggested by other users. I hate the 'repro' label idea, or some other announcement. I prefer respecting the original design, but including that information more subtly, but unmistakably.
Schizophretard
I hope it looks like the original label but NOT with the flaws. I would like it to look as identical as possible without flaws but with it clear that it is a reproduction without taking from the original look. Like maybe make the Steve Stack copyright a little smaller to fit "Reproduced in 2012" under it as part of the text. Having the label on Apollo carts would be a cool bonus but that most likely won't happen because it would be too hard to find donor carts. Anyway, I'm curious about how it will look because if I choose to buy, it won't just be for the ability to play the game.

So, it must be a good idea.
PFL
I'd love to see it identical, flaws and all. But there should obviously be one difference... How about titling the cart as REP SEA CROSSING? That way it's obviously a repro but doesn't impinge on the original design in any way/
Miss 2600
I'm surprised how many people want all the flaws in the repro label. I can understand if the label on the other cart looked like that, too. Then it would mean that's just how the labels turned out, but we know now that is not the case. It was just a terrible print job on that one or it bled through later.
atari181
I'm for the flaws as well.
Chuck D. Head
If there turns out to be a bunch of originals, flawed labels repros probably would just look dumb. As is this is more like a repro of a specific cart in my little mind, and the flaws will make it more of a conversation piece in that regard.
alex_79
If I would buy it I'd like the artwork being like the original but without the flaws of the cheap printing process used at the time. A small variation of the copyright line and a nice glossy label with today standards printing quality will make it easily recognizable as a repro, while still being quite true to the original. Something like this
marillion
I like that a lot. Easy to spot as a repro, yet nearly 100% like the original. Great job. Peace, Chip

+Atari_Warlord
Won't we be able to tell the repros by the cartridge case? I'd prefer the label be exactly like the clean original and just identify them by the casing.

I have an Apollo cart of infiltrate that doesn't have its top label.
CPUWIZ
Why are you guys talking about Apollo shells? The shell is a Telesys/Wizard shell, very different, but much the same.
icemanxp300
I think for sake of uneducated buyers/collectors The word "reproduction" should be on the label. Granted something subtle like "2012" is obvious if you really read into it. For some people if it looks real they may not make the connection right away. just saying for when thgese are resold and what not.
bennybingo
I really don't care what it looks like...I think it will end up being a cool surprise. I just wish they could find a way to make the label "Hozer-Proof"! Maybe something with a hologram! I hate seeing these shitty repros of a repro on eBay for $400+....especially when they are Hozer's! Rom Hunter
It's a Telesys cart, not Apollo. Identical label on a Atari cart would be enough to make the difference IMO.

Not to me, I have no idea what a telesys cart or apollo is. I doubt the average joe would either. If these are going to look the same but diff. plastic is all, whos to stop someone from price gauging to people on sites such as ebay? I could literally place this on a bin asking $10,000 and automatically accept anything over $100 and I bet I would get a few grand easy by people who just don't know. They see the same label and buy. You have a point there. A little text on the label saying "reproduction made in 2012" or something like that would indeed be better.
