But you should get a good idea of what the game play is like. Edited February 10, 2014 by MrBland
108 Stars
Thanks a lot, Mr Bland! I see the problem with the game now. It's a solid concept, but not really that well executed. Sometimes it is better to keep gameplay simple. And the sound effects really annoy me.^^
Atari_afternoon
Thank you very much for your trouble, Mr Bland Aaah I see clearer now. I really like the intro music and the scaling of the ceiling + floor. Negative points are that the player, as it looks like, can never see what´s left and right or behind - so you are mostly running/gliding backwards, trying to get your opponents in a position so you can actually see and aim at them. Well that works really better in Battlezone 2000.... And the whoo whoo sound effects get really painful after two minutes And after three minutes, that´s it? Back from allover again, sameness? There do not seem to be such "missions" (goals) to be achieved like in Battlezone or in Battlewheels (a duel of ten, for example). Nothing like it here? You can just set your vehicle but the oppoents are all sameness?. There are no "pyramids" to hide behind and no columns like in Battlewheels. And no map like both these games have either? All in all, it does not look too "deep" the way it is, I´m afraid Faceball 2000 is "deeper"... With a few additions, Hyperdrome could have been something. Thank you once again, this was very instructive. And I wish it would be easily obtainable, I´d really like to have it myself. Michael David Morsette
I had a request for information on Bitchy, so enjoy! How it all started: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/149887-win-my-new-lynx-game/?hl=%20bitchy Pic: Bitchy overview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EQ_yowYo5o Bitchy solved: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=utLe1DM7V_I In reviewing this video I realized most of the final song got cut off somehow, which is a real shame because it is a real well done composition. Oh well I guess you'll have to play it to get the full experience ROM from competition: http://atariage.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=attach§ion=attach&attach_id=145982 Edited February 11, 2014 by MrBland

Michael David Morsette
New addition to my collection: So this breaks form my usual habit of staying away from disc games, but I couldn't help it. Mario Sunshine is one of my favorite games, and Mario Smash Bros is a must have for my family of boys So now to go stalk ebay and the forums for my favorite Gamecube games at a decent price. I was surprised at how much Mario Smash Bros and Mario Sunshine were running.... I haven't checked on Pikmin yet.... that was a fun game too. Michael David Morsette
I have been expanding my collection a bit. I now have a fair number of CIB 2600 games. Now before you jump in and say "wait the 2600 isn't a portable!": So there! Keep in mind that what follows is but a meager start, nothing compared to some of the other glorious collections posts here on AA (I'm looking at you 181) but I'm proud of it. Over time it will grow, and maybe sometime in my lifetime I actually will be able to complete my goal of a complete collection... well my definition of a complete collection anyway. If you want to help me grow my collection then check out my List of Wants which actually also defines what I mean by a complete collection. So without further ado here is my progress:
