From the info below it looks like you want to set all jumpers on.

   -- User header.  Pullup in the FPGA, a jumper in place will pull to ground.

Also when I plug any sound device outuput into Right side channel it blanks the screen?

But Left channel does not????

 

Assuming that you have a cable that looks like this:

Are you saying that the screen goes blank when you connect one of the red or white RCA audio connectors but not the other? That sounds like a bad cable to me.

Definitely be careful with that.  My (similar) cable outputs 12 volts on the white connector.

All 4 jumpers are on the board as it came that way?

All are on the both pins none off set to indicate turned off.

I do not own andy 3 wire DIN plugs all of mine are 4 wire ones. Red, White, Black and Yellow.
