I was poking around intvfunhouse.com, and ran across some links to a Sylvania Intellivision Keyboard Component catalog (as well as a Sylvania Intellivision pamphlet). The only stable link I have is to the Intellivision Gumbo page. If you click the third link for PlayCable and Sylvania catalogs, you'll see a page with the Sylvania pamphlet. Clicking it will take you back to intvfunhouse.com, and you can see the catalog and pamphlet.
