Error 500 on Attachment of JPG images?

I'm getting a repeated error 500, attachment skipped when I try to add jpg to some of my posts. They are WAY under the 10 MB limit too. I try the advanced uploader and get the error, and the basic uploader uploads the image and then doesn't attach.

 

Any ideas?

I can reproduce the problem, trying to debug it now.

Still working on this, will spend some more time tonight on it. It's an odd problem, as it only seems to affect specific files, and has nothing to do with file type or file size.

I have the same problem. Seems to affect only one file.

Never mind. I fixed the problem with a screen capture of the image.

I still see this happen sometimes myself, and I'm still not sure what causes it. It only affects specific files, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
