Gamemoose
Ugh...this thread pulls at my wallet. That video that touched on emulation was excellent! I also watched MJ's recent PSP video along with the buying guide with Reggie and that too was good stuff. The system seems to hit that early 2000's "sweet spot" of gaming that bridged arcade-like play of the past and the then modern aspirations. It reminds me of that PS2/Xbox/Gamecube era in quality. Jess Ragan
I've got a healthy collection of PSP games, but there are so many more I want to get! Ugh! I guess Sony wasn't kidding when they said this system was future proofed, because it's thirteen years later and I'm still playing it. Having a 3000 model helps. Ninjabba
I've been discovering some Japanese releases that can be played without having to deal with the language. The import costs are higher than the actual price of the game though.. Some Gundam and Macross games are really good but never got Western releases! As long as its action oriented I can find my way through it, and knowing the original story actually helps enough. So far I've been enjoying: Gundam Next Plus Gundam Assault Survive Macross Ace Frontier Macross Ultimate Frontier I'm actually curious if there are more releases that can be suggested.
