walter_J64bit
Is there a way to make Sega CD ISO+MP3 to .bin .cue??
Trebor
Not reliably. ISO+MP3 is a CD ripped image with a lossy audio format. It was used 'back in the day' as a way to save space while still being able to play the game with relatively ok audio. It has resulted in many bad/poor quality copies of games all over the net. BIN/CUE is intended for a 1:1 copy, not a hacked rip. You would make a BIN/CUE image from an original CD game. The ISO+MP3 format is an inferior 'downgraded' copy of that concept.
Cammy
You could burn it to a CD, then re-rip it.
Hatta
There are bin/cue copies of every Sega CD game. Just delete your iso/mp3 and download a new set.
