The start of stage 2 and 3 Ha just realised that I've been playing Firefleet in NTSC mode all this time! Didn't realise that I had my emulator set to NTSC until I tried Fire Chief and it is definitely unplayable in NTSC! Btw Fire Fleet is no more difficult in NTSC. The scroll is quicker but then so is the ship, which makes it easier to dodge the shots coming from the turrets. I've just played in PAL for a while and couldn't get any further than I did in NTSC Thanks, VGood Info I need to have my Brother play fire chief for me... He could play that game for hours when we were kids. He really like the English Software Games (Kissin Cousins was his favourite) I like K.C. too bit of a pain trying to wedge the stick into the diagonal to jump off the right pixels though I'll put the kettle and the V*O*T*E on... It really is about discipline on the driving part... 4th adam242 36,280 (Section 2 or 3?) Looking at McKong's screenshots, I'm pretty sure it was only section 2... may have been 3, but let's say 2 to keep me honest. I'll get to 3 (again?) before this ends! Looks like it just wraps round again - see the end of the video on post #3 - there seems to be a place you need to wait in... they should have left a gap to make it more obvious! I was a big fan of the 10 PM on Sunday closings, myself... that worked out to late in the afternoon on this side of the pond, and gave a little extra time for another run at a game during waking hours. Ok things are a bit quiet here so we'll close this round and the Vote Friday night 10pm UK time . These games both have legs (hot legs) I have to get my abbuc game working (if anyone want's to help with some simple graphics etc see link below) so will keep regular rounds until end of August then we'll unleash some multigame bonanza or summer time special Fire Chief 25,425 made it to level 7 darn driving discipline Fire Fleet - not as far as McKong but got past that U bend bit for the 1st time, didn't make the next restart point alas Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
