New Release at Portland Retro Gaming Expo!

Recommended Posts

Working on processing Sega cartridges for an upcoming new release at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo! Here's a batch of 30 carts in the sink after they've had their labels removed.

Will update this thread periodically as progress is made! :)

PS: To fend off the inevitable, "ZOMG YOU ARE DESTROYING RARE GAMES!", this is a limited run (at most, 300 games, but maybe less), as this game will only be sold boxed, and we'll only be ordering a fixed number of boxes, circuit boards, and manuals. So, yes, 300 Sega carts will be sacrificed, but that's a drop in the bucket overall.

Just out of curiosity, which game made the most sacrifices? I am guessing Congo Bongo. Hmm, looks like Tac-Scan is the least rare on the list, though.

Looking forward to this one--wish I could go to Portland!

If those are for Space Rocks, I'm fairly certain I see my name on one them already! :-) Wish I lived in 'that' Portland for the show instead of (near) this other one on the opposite side of the country (in ME).

No, those are not for Space Rocks, which will use normal Atari shells.
