What happened to this keyboard?

Never seen that font, and no FCTN symbols either?   (Well, no symbols could be the lighting, though.)

Well, it depends :) the seller says that it is not tested, anyway it could work... for a bunch of Euros it could be a nice auction also if only for spare parts :P

If it does not go into a bidding war, << THIS AUCTION >> currently has a good price on a Microsoft Multiplan cartridge for your TI.

BTW - the 80 column hack for Multiplan works great with the F18A!

Here's the 235 in Black--and for about the same price if you buy two, less if you buy more than that. . .

Watchout, a lot of MSX-stuff. Maybe interesting...don´t know.

As the seller does not ship to US, I can help. But it´s not cheap (the ship, not my help) :) :)

If you want a mechanical drive, those Teac's are a good choice.  Whether you're using a standard TI controller, a double density controller like the CorComp or one with 80 tracks, it'll handle all those formats.

HOWEVER...

I don't know where you live... but when I checked shipping prices on the black ones it came to an additional  $16.84.   When you factor in the need to buy and pay separate shipping on diskettes too, it may just be cheaper (in the long run) to buy a Lotharek and a single SD card to store EVERYTHING.

AND...

A Lotharek makes it a snap to get things from the Internet/PC to your TI.

Yeah, that's usually the rub ... astronomical shipping :-o  When I do find 5.25" HH drives they aren't on the compatibility list (or vice versa with new sticker price/high shipping). My second preference are 3.5" drives for my HxC pair only because I need to keep one 5.25" for accessing old, original TI media.

I did get a HxC, Rev. F a couple months ago. It's not mounted and just sits on top of my PEB because I don't have another HH drive to pair it with and replace the FH SSSD TI drive in my PEB.

Do note that the shipping on those didn't go up much for multiple drives. The shipping difference between one and four was something like 75 cents for me. . .which makes the price per drive pretty low.

Unloading a TripleTech that seems to not want to co-exist in my PEB with a PCODE card...  Is that weird, yes it is...  However, the card seems to work OK otherwise.  Either way - screw it.  Listing the thing (for less than I paid) and hoping to find another clock.

Hey guys, we all know that the older and cheaper class 4 SD cards work just fine in the FR99, but the smaller memory sized ones are starting to get scarce.  Well, since you are never going to be able to get more than 171 files on it at one time, why get a huge card?  I found some really inexpensive 1gb cards that look perfect for FR99 use.  I just bought two, but figured it was such a good deal I should pass along the news in case anyone else is in the market.

<< THIS EBAY LINK >> will take you there.  For $1.89 with shipping delivered to your mailbox how can you go wrong?

Well I'd  be careful, my experiences with cheap (cheaply made and sold) SD, thumb drives, CF cards has been disastrous in the past. I use only quality cards. For an example I will not buy another Lexar product. I only use  products put out by Sandisk and others.

That is some very sound advice.  In fact when it comes to stuff like my photography and video equipment I agree 100%.  In the case of the FR99 every thing on it is a copy of something that resides on the PC, so if it failed, there would be nothing lost.  So for those prices, I can have multiple SD cards for different things, gaming, Fest West or utilities.
