Commando - secret rooms?

Sorry for asking a dumb question. All these years of owning Commando on the 7800, I've never once gotten to the secret rooms I've heard about on it. I've beat the game, I've seen the maps - to no avail.

 

Can someone dumb it down for me a shade and give me in layman's terms how to get to these places?

there is a link that will show you all the secret areas

I looked and looked for secret rooms and could never find them either .

If you go to the site that Nikon linked to, you will see maps of every level of Commando with a pointer to where the POW camps are in every level.

no if you watch the video he missed those two areas..the video shows all the rest.

The music in the Commando hidden rooms always reminds me of this weird Japanese commercial. I realize the songs are really not that similar, but the connection has already been made in my brain, and I cannot break it.

 

Thanks for posting the video, because now I have that song stuck in my head again...
