Deteacher Posted September 8, 2013 Share Posted September 8, 2013 (edited) The player must score a touchdown in the time allotted to go from high school and college ball all the way to the Pros and the Super Bowl. Each level starts on the kick-off with the player carrying the ball as far up the field as possible before being tackled. Then, as the quarterback, you can either run or pass the ball to a receiver. An intercepted pass earns a penalty of 20 yards. Running out of bounds stops the clock. Extra points after touchdowns can either be kicked or run into the end zone. Dipswitches is still blank; see post #1.... ...could someone perhaps explain what it's you exactly have to do..? I'm from Europe so I don't know all the rules of American football. All I know is you have to get the football to the endzone of your opponent. kane Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 5750 This game sucks!! It's good once you get into it, it can be brutally tough until you get the hang of it though. The key is to gain the 10 yards on the 1st down, you get 10 seconds back if you do that, you get less time back for doing it on 2nd 3rd or 4th. To begin with, just run the ball. Forget about throwing it upfield, it's rarely advantageous. If the defenders line up in the middle, immediately throw it with button 1 directly to the left or right then run him up the sideline. If the defenders line up on the edges, run your QB straight up. Once you get the hang of clearing the defenders it's really just a matter of learning how to dodge their lame dives and tackles to get as much yardage as possible. 43,350 Finally managed to get top on the high score list. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
