Fantastic Item. However $10 less than new price seems high to me.

Maybe if it was available for sale new, but it's been listed as 'temporarily unavailable' for a while.

You could print out a sticker with the word "Skunkboard" and charge well over $200 past the original price.  Trust me!

Then dont buy it?

seems prices are getting to be the major subject of talk... I have seen many people say this or that price is too high lately...

if any given item is the only one, then a reasonably price is what someone is will to pay, and what someone is will to take for the item...

I have a few items I paid something close to what they were originally sold for, because they werent available from original source or other places for less...

GLWS, nice cart!

sloopy.

Considering it's unavailable at RetroUSB's site, it is definitely worth it. It's a great flash cart. I haven't taken mine out of my NES since I got one a year ago.

True, but it will certainly be available again, he can only make so many at once.

This is why I tend to put stuff up on Amibay exclusively if I think there's enough potential demand for an item there... they call this price driving over there and it's a good way to get banned from their forums. I think it's great that they treat it that way over there.

I prefer sites that let us actually discuss things. Thread crapping should be kept to a minimum of course but the extremest policies they have make it difficult to do business. They feel each transaction occurs in a bubble but in reality the market and prices are as much alive there as they are here.

It had a 4 gig card. That was a much better deal. Also that person didn't justify the cost by saying you can't get it elsewhere so suck it up. Perception makes a HUGE difference. The OP is probably gone anyway.

I am not sure if the N8 linked above does savestates or not, but the Powerpak does with theses mappers added to the CF card

http://kkfos.aspekt....-state-mappers/

Press select + a during game play to savestate and press select + b to select state it is an absolutely awesome software feature!!!

I couldn't be happier. If your an NES fan and not opposed to multi-carts I would highly recommend striking a deal with this seller or buy one from retrousb.com when they become available!

The $115 shipped mentioned above sounds pretty fair IMO.

It seems like a fair price to me too. I was tempted to jump on it but other expenses got in the way. If you think it is priced to high then don't buy it or pm the seller and make an offer.

I prefer to price at the higher end of what I think I can get and then if no one wants it at that price and I just want it gone I lower it later. That doesn't change that it still irks me when people dump on my sale threads when they haven't been up long, or at all really. If you really feel you need to say something about the price, there is the private messaging system.  Also, if you go and dump on my thread then I will respond to your post with counter information. And nope... not gone.

Also, I never told anyone to "suck it up". Never used those words... I prefer to avoid inflammatory language when possible. simply said it was not available new at the moment. I think that is very relevant in whether or not the original price has much hold on current price.

Meh... I'm not hard up for money. Like I said, I like to let things sit for a while... anyway I'm done with this thread as far as setting details for this item. when/if I finally do decide to change the price, I'll start a nice new clean thread.

I had one of these a while back. It is worth what you are asking. If I had the funds I would have snatched it already. Times are unfortunately tougher than they were five years ago. Good luck with it!
