What are you playing on your PlayStation 4?

Finally picked up Resident Evil 7 several months back... and I beat it just this week!

Great game and great callback to some of the earlier games (namely the first game) as well as leaving it fresh and fun like the more recent ones (RE4 and RE5... not RE6).

They also clearly and inspiration from a certain horror demo. *cough* PT *cough*

You can pick up the original game for just $20 now as they have the Gold Edition with extra content, so I highly recommend to anybody who was on the fence!

Next up I'm gonna do the Secret of Mana remake... I only partially played the original, but this is gonna be tough because of the "upgrades".

Just ordered the Burnout Paradise remaster that comes out this weekend. Loved this game on the PS3 and looking forward to playing it again. 80% of my friends list is because of this game, hopefully some of them will get it also.

THAT!!!!

What an awesome game, it's gonna be a BEST SELLER once again!!!

I finally bought Axiom Verge since GameStop had the Multiverse Edition for $20. It's been money well spent. I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm a little past the 4th boss. Great music and atmosphere. Every time I think I might be stuck because I've looked everywhere, I realize that there is one more area I need to look through, and sure enough I find something new that allows to to explore even more. The difficulty is perfect. I've died a bunch of times, but every time I die, I want to try again.

Ni No Kuni II should be arriving in the mail today, and I plan to start playing it tonight. I love my JRPGs and really enjoyed the first Ni No kuni on the PS 3.

From the reviews I read, it sounds like they took out most of the stuff that I liked and the character development is on the weak side. I had planned to pre-order the collectors edition, but it was either that or a Super NT.

I am sure this game will always be available and there will probably be the inevitable game of the year edition.

I've put a little over 24 hours into Horizon Zero Dawn, and it's really got me hooked. The world is beautiful. There are a lot of options in how you approach each combat encounter, and the game has some good depth. Apparently I'm halfway through the story, but the vast majority of my time has been spent on sidequests. I would skip more of the sidequests, but it seems like I need to complete them to gain experience and abilities and stuff. This design irks me, but I think it's actually pretty clever game design. Your first time through the game, you need to take things slowly, learn the combat, build up your character, explore the world, and learn enemies' weaknesses. On later playthroughs you can probably skip a lot of the sidequests and speed through the story if you like. I'm only guessing of course, since I haven't played the game or started a second game yet, but that's the impression I'm getting.

I was pretty late to play Horizon Zero Dawn as well, but I really enjoyed it. I thought the main story line was one of the best video game story lines I've ever experienced. It's the first game that I've ever received a platinum trophy for. I agree that most of the side quests didn't add much to the overall story, but the combat and visuals were fantastic. Looking forward to a sequel.

The past week I've been playing Mudrunner on PS4. I've been very impressed with the realism in the game. I think this game has a lot of potential as a series. There are a lot of areas they could still polish, and there is so much they could expand on. It's one of the few games that I sort of wish I had bought for PC because of the vast amounts of mods online. Maybe they can incorporate some of that into future updates or sequels.

Been playing Binding of Issac a bit... Man I suck at it. -_-

Also trying to get more into Nier Automata. It's a great game, and I picked it up some time ago. Just kinda got disconnected from it? Played it more last night, and it is such a great game. I hate that my interest is waning for various (not related to the game) reasons as the game is pretty fantastic.
