Boulder Dash and other rare titles on eBay

This is laughable. He has seaweed assault and space rocks still in their AtariAge wrapper for nearly double the price they are available for here. Also, a Red Sea Crossing repro for that much? And I'm understand the increased value for BoulderDash and Princess Rescue because of either one time runs, or C&D's, but those prices seem excessive too.

I'm going to have to watch this seller to see what he reposts his BIN prices at when the majority of these don't sell.

Can your provide direct links? eBay doesn't let me see all his items without resetting the location. Thanks!

Here's the link to Boulder Dash...

eBay Auction -- Item Number: 1512111903291?ff3=2&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&item=151211190329&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER]

If that works, just click on "See other items" to open a seller window, then search Atari.

I dont mind much if people put high prices on stuff but when they lie about homebrew games such as this auction ... limited print run ? Thats not even super cobra but they have that as the title . Maybe someone can report it ? And its schoolgirl ... http://www.ebay.com/itm/atari-7800-Super-Cobra-with-Instruction-manual-limited-print-run-/131095202787?&_trksid=p2056016.m2516.l5255

ATTENTION: Don't post ebay auctions here

I'm aware of the Moderator's preferences about that, but considering the recent discussions concerning Boulder Dash and it's (lack of) availability, this subject matter is more likely to be seen by more interested parties in THIS forum than in the Marketplace. It is my opinion that "breaking the rule" in order to disseminate important community-wide information is justified.

If the Moderator chooses to move this thread to the Marketplace Forum, I will happily yield to his judgment.

If a game is still available here and it is auctioned for double the cost, that is flipping. Not cool, but not against the rules.

I think I bought something from johnsgirl I really wanted, and felt I over-paid, but again, not against the rules and I had no problems.

It sucks, but just maybe someone will research Space Rocks or Seaweed Assault and find it for sale here?

Also, make sure you link to ebay correctly so AtariAge gets "link to" money.

You must put, no spaces: [ ebay ] ####item number## [ / ebay ]

Ah, THAT'S what I was looking for. Knew I was doing it wrong. Thanks for the correction. Original post has been edited.
