What's the "latest" ACTION! version

I've disassembled an ACTION! cart to patch some things. Now I realized that there were different versions.

Hence I'd like to work on "latest" version. I know there have discussion about that here, I can't find the "result".

AFAIK, Action! 3.6 is the final version.

 

I've owned 3.1 and 3.4 but each time I wished to upgrade I was required to send the old cartridges back to OSS.

 

I never received any further notifications after 3.6.

 

Here's a dump of my actual OSS (orange) Action! cartridge.

How can I determine what version I have? All it says is "ACTION! ©1983 ACS"

The first byte of the bank 0 contains $36 if the version is 3.6. Followed by some bytes indcating the release date like $1,$17,$84 for 1984-01-17.
Which bank is bank 0 depends on the type of cartridge/export you have,

Thanks for the info. When (from the monitor) I do * B000 <ret>, I get the same 3.6 and dates as you have.
