Mr SQL
Monster Maze Feedback! I've recieved a lot of awesome feedback on KC from gamers and collectors (the most awesome was a free Atari!) and a few good words and questions from The Video Game Critic: The VGC played the dream release on real hardware and thought it had "VERY impressive" gameplay and interesting elements, and liked the idea of a scrolling maze game. Dave found the retroness factor particularly thought provoking - that KC Monster Maze was designed for 1982 hardware using retro development techniques, and asked if I could get some feedback from gamers and collectors Does the retroness factor add special value to a VCS game? A KC review is comming out in a couple of months!

iesposta
I tried KC Monster Maze through the Starpath Supercharger on a 7800 with a Longhorn A/V board, S-Video to a Sony WEGA CRT. Works 100% no problems. That is about as far away from an unmodified Atari 2600 with RF on channel 3 as I have tried. Just wanted to report the game working with this more modern setup. (I would strongly recommend using an unmodified Atari 2600 with RF on channel 3 due to problems I have with A/V modded systems and LCD televisions.)
Mr SQL
KC Review Update: The review is at 12:15 in this awesome vid by Metal Jesus and the Immortal John Hancock!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zsl65fKYsvk Their game footage shows KC's controversial artifact colours in full effect on a real CRT! Mr SQL
There's a ROM available? Yes, the KC Munchkin ROM is now free for all gamers to enjoy! There's also a Level Editor for Windows that let's you edit the big maze and redefine any of the changing maze elements: The editor lets you save your your creations as new KC game ROM's, and there is a level design contest for the sequel! http://atariage.com/forums/topic/234429-kc-munchkin-rom-level-design-contest/
