It just game a rough time with SNK going bankrupt and reorganizing themselves. But overall its an an enjoyable game no doubt. Many consider this one to be the weakest of all in the Metal Slug series. So after playing it for a day I still say its a great game, but I have had a few problems with the sound cutting out and it crashing during the demo on the 4 slot. Seems like it works best the first time, but if you don't take the cartridge out and put it back in again, then it will crash. I looked it up and other people seem to have this problem too. I'm a little disappointed, but I have still been able to play through the entire game with no issues if I play directly after inserting the cartridge. Its strange. Not everyone is pacific time yet depending if you look at the listings some of the places show your actual time, some still on pacific time. I had been watching a NGPC with 16 games lot that was on my computer telling me ending for days now at 8:04PM *MY TIME* yet I log into ebay about 5:30 and find the damn thing ended 3 hours earlier than I was told and some douche got a hell of a deal I was going to fight over. Very mad, had Biomotor Unitron, Gals Fighter, Dive Alert, and a lot of other good titles I used to own as well, the stand out lacking being Neo Turf Masters. Now I'm going to have to look into a secondary and tertiary listing I've been watching that isn't as good...or just scoop a stand alone system completely which isn't ideal to me. Sadly, that's some of the quirks we been seeing lately on MVS carts. Hope those in the community can find a way to find a good troubleshooting method of it. Anthony... I was going to bid on it but it went passed my maximum amount of $115. After that I just moved on. I know how you feel Tanooki. I had a $200 bid on it to start, I added up the games on it and what a cherry system goes for and probably would have pushed it into the $225-250 range. The fact that system looked basically new, Biomotor Unitron I want back was there, and I had a big interest in Dive Alert that really caught my interest. Gals Fighter I never owned so I didn't care either way, but I did price out every game on the low and it was like $250 in carts plus the system. Here's a WIP for Vol. 2 which we built first. What ya'll think of it so far. I fucked up on the compression so it's 12MB instead of 2MB I had done right the first time but forgot the controls section. http://s000.tinyupload.com/download.php?file_id=81352314645783099575&t=8135231464578309957548948 Contains some info for Fatal Fury 1 but still got stuff to add to the chapter itself. The front cover and eventually the back cover is based on the MVS control board. The lines going through the buttons are really resized backslashes. The back cover will have forward slashes to emulate the player 2 side. Volume 1 will be based on KOF. Volume 3 will be Samurai Shodown & Last Blade. Volume 4 will be Savage Reign + Kizuna Encounter & the ADK games.
