How do you make hyperlink with regular words?

I've seen people in these forums include a hyperlink, but instead of the long, drawn out link, it may say click here, with the word "here" being the link.

 

 

How'd they do that????

When you're type in your reply, directly above the text box you should see a couple toolbars. The 2nd row has B for bold, I for Italic, U for underline, etc. The 9th icon is the link creator tool.

 

To use it, enter your reply then select the word(s) you wish to turn into a link. Then click the link tool and fill in the link information.

 

If you mouse over those tools you should see a tooltip that tells you what each tool does.
