JamesL
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pac-Man-5015-Atari-2600-/121317184500?autorefresh=true I happened to find this auction about 5 minutes before it ended. The title of the listing says "Pac-Man (5015) (Atari 2600)", and further down the description clearly says "Only pac-Man game for atari". Nothing misleading about that. But the pictures show Pac-man, Mr. Do!, Threshold, and King Kong. The bidders obviously didn't bother reading the description and one of them ended up with a $9.50 + $2.59 shipping Pac-Man. Selling can be a controversial topic on these forums sometimes. So, AA members, what are your thoughts about this particular listing? Do the pics make it misleading? Or is it just too bad for the winner that he/she didn't read first? Just curious as to everyone's thoughts. bennybingo
Misleading photos = douchebag seller. I don't believe in the whole "read the fine print" nonsense. It's just a convenient excuse for deception....plain and simple.

If you are going to sell things individually, take a separate picture of each item.
rhcocker
Apparently this is not the first auction like this.
