[AQUARIUS] New Product: Aquarius 32K RAM Module

Recommended Posts

It seems the preorder phase has already begun..I'm in for one. :)

Thanks! I won't be accepting any payments until everything is finished, so it isn't really a "preorder", but I am adding everyone who expresses interest to my reservation list until all thirty "collector's edition" slots are filled. If anyone on the list chooses not to follow through with an order, their slot will be re-opened. There will be more modules available after the first thirty, of course, but they'll be the standard-issue modules with black shells.

Wow, thanks! One of each color should be no problem.

I'm in for 3! Thank you. I've been meaning to get around to ordering another Aquaricart, too. Let's strike while the iron is hot! (if you don't have any available at the time, I can wait)

Aquarius, celebrating 30 years minimalist awesomeness. :)

Thanks very much, and I can definitely supply another Aquaricart, too. It will be in one of the new cartridge shells, like the 32K modules. I need to get some labels printed, but perhaps I can do that while I wait for the boards.

I'm interested in one of these, although I can be certain I won't get around to using it for much. I'd probably prefer something with a means for transferring program images into the Aquarius- although the multicart is already pretty close to having everything I'd want to check out on the system. LED blue would be cool.

Thanks, Ian!

I mentioned a few posts back that I am planning a development cartridge which can download program images from a PC, which should give you the capability you're looking for. It won't conflict at all with the 32K module, however, since they will be treated as two different kinds of memory in the Aquarius: the 32K module is general-purpose system RAM, while the development cartridge will be program space (although some of it will also be usable as extra RAM). I try to keep my projects as modular and as independent of one another as possible, so nobody has to buy any features they don't need.

The new cart style is fine by me. No need to rush it, since I have my original Aquaricart to keep me placated in the meantime.

Thanks, I'll add you to my list! By my count, that makes twenty "collector's edition" modules already spoken for, which leaves only ten more.

I just got word that my prototype boards have been finished and dispatched, so they should be here some time next week.
