SiLic0ne t0aD
I just ordered the Intellivision and Colecovision FBs from their site. $61 after tax. Not bad. Burnin' deal.. Same here, my total came to $60.06 Was going to grab them both locally but I need to get on the road and shopping online saved a lot of hassle/time. Should receive them in a week or less.. Looking forward to it.
Andromeda Stardust
I spent the whole day with family. If you skipped out on thanksgiving meal to go shopping, or stuffed your gullet with turkey and busted out the door, shame on you. I feel for all those employees forced to skip out on Thanksgiving to man those shops.

I feel for all those employees forced to skip out on Thanksgiving to man those shops. I stuffed my gullet with turkey and busted out the door to go to work. Shame on the company I work for... If consumers would all stay home on Thanksgiving, retailers would give up on these "extended Black Friday" strategies and give their employees a much-deserved day off prior to the start of the Holiday shopping rush. However, many consumers feel they have a competitive advantage over other shoppers they know will be supportive of retail workers. It sounds a little bit to me like the Prisoner's Dilemma...

bkrownd
Heh, you know some people are anxious for a little relief from the family pressure cooker by mid-afternoon. BTW, is Pepper II on the ColecoVision far easier than the arcade version? I noticed this about Omega Race as well. GratedTopping
I don't know if it's been mentioned here, so... On the "Dollar General" list of games for the ColecoVision device, it had a 3D Tic-tac-toe as the first. This wasn't in the official game-list. Was there such a game for the ColecoVision or was this probably just a mistake? I know there is a 3DTTT on the Atari 2600...is that on a 'Flashback'? Just further quality control issues by AtGames as this was never a ColecoVision game, only on the 2600.

Andromeda Stardust
Have the factory workers assembling these in the Chinese sweat shops never heard of wire cutters?
+nanochess
Have the factory workers assembling these in the Chinese sweat shops never heard of wire cutters? Did I told before my sad story about poor childs building this while watching Dragon Ball Z? (I saw this a while ago in a documental about Chinese workers, I tend to remember and say it for every product made in China, I'm crossing my fingers it's not true)
Atariboy
Have the factory workers assembling these in the Chinese sweat shops never heard of wire cutters? I hope that you're not suggesting that we should give them a pass on quality control issues?
fiddlepaddle
I hope that you're not suggesting that we should give them a pass on quality control issues? Sure, why not? We're teaching our kids that 4+3=6 is good enough as long as they tried.

dashv
I never could beat Donkey Kong Jr. Math.
Andromeda Stardust
DK Jr Math is pretty straitforward, although division function often leads to some pretty weird rounding errors. Try 5 ÷ 2 for instance. But either way that's an NES game, not Coleco...
Shannon
4+3=6???? All these years I thought it = 10 :-P No no no... It's 1+3+2=6 silly wabbit! It all started with John Lennon when he said "He say one and one and one is three"..

DK Math is going to be the hidden game on CollectorVision's release of DK 3 and both games are scheduled to be on the CVFB 10 which will be released in 2024. Manoau2002
Checked out the bed, bath, and beyond in a nearby city and left with a coleco and intellivision flashback Sent from my HTC Desire 601 using Forum Fiend v1.2.14.

I guess the Flashbacks would be considered in the "Beyond" category or the store name, because the CVFB ain't going anywhere near my bed... that space is taken for my YurkieVision.

First time I've ever been in that store. They actually have some interesting toys and electronics. When I saw that store being built I figured it would just be towels and stuff. Didn't see any other male customers in the store. I don't think it's a coincidence that it's next to the Cabela's (fishing and hunting). Men go one place, women go the other.
