Ok, the code you posted is much better as it resolved the scattered holes! It still doesn't solve the palette problem. This is what the actual playfield colors should look like:

Stick the pfcolor command in the loop for the top bar to show up correctly.

 

Otherwise the colors are being displayed correctly for NTSC, but looking at the colors you posted it seems you want PAL colors. To get Stella to display PAL colors, use "CTRL-F" a few times.

 

RT's site has color reference charts.

PAL mode has correct colors. By sticking pfcolors into the loop, you mean this?
