bradhig
This is a game similar to the Atari 2600 game Adventure. You have several quests in which you retrieve a flashing object in each. There are upgradeable abilities , space for carrying objects ,speed of your character ,and damage your sword does. Your character is named Warren after the creator of Adventure
Tinman
Looks fun, but I always seem to have trouble with the control of games on the iPad with no physical joystick or controller.
Ranthulfr
I downloaded it last night. The controls are pretty decent, IMO. You just swipe in the direction you want to go and the square coasts that way. Gameplay combines elements from several classic adventure games. So far it's been interesting / fun. Tinman
I went ahead and downloaded it too. And I agree, the controls are very good. Fun game!
davidbrit2
Very cool game, and at that price, I highly recommend trying it, but be warned, the game balance becomes pretty tiresome toward the end.
bradhig
I am up to world 42 and does anyone know how many worlds there are in total?
dschmidt
I just discovered this game - it's a fantastic homage to the original Adventure, and it was obviously created by someone with great care and with great nostalgia for the 2600. Are there any other modern games that do 8-bit nostalgia this well?
chavert
like "pixa" the other game I like is "tiny space traveler" I recommend it to you
bikeguychicago
So when do we get a 2600 port?
+Karl G
So when do we get a 2600 port? Ha! That's actually an awesome idea. It would be fun if a version was made in the same style, without copying the game exactly. The idea of collecting different treasures from different realms is fun. +Karl G
This has been fun so far. Does anyone know of any other Adventure-like remakes? The other one I know of is "Indenture" for DOS.

Whoa, pixa was updated to work on 64-bit. I need to try that again. Do you like 3D? There's this.
