Shift838
New Cartrdige Manipulator program. This program is written in .NET and will run on Windows XP, 7 and Windows 8.x systems. Program allows for the user to easily select files to pad to user specified sizes as well as combine the binary files into a single binary file to use with Classic 99, Tursi's Multi-Cart Cartrdige and John Guidry's Cartridge boards. .NET 4.0 is required. I have been able to get the Cartridge Manipulator on the whtech ftp site. +mizapf
Chris, as a suggestion, before all people set up their own directory in the root of WhTech, maybe we should rather create a directory "/people" where such directories could be located, or you could move the file into "pc utilities". The WhTech FTP has always been looking like a big heap.

Requires at least .NET 4.0 to be installed. Chris
