[Canceled] Gameboy Micro

Works great.

Silver with pink flower/lady bug faceplate. Some scuffing/scratches on faceplate, but it never bothered me while playing.

Good battery. After sitting in the closet unused for a year or so it powered right up, played several games and showed no signs of stopping.

3rd party charger & some non-gameboy, non-nintendo zipper storage pouch that the stuff happens to fit in.

$40 + shipping. US Only.

[Edit] added picture. Here, the scratches look far worse than they appear when the faceplate is installed.

This lighting shows it in the worst case scenario. But, yeah, if you're looking for mint condition faceplate this ain't it.

LCD Closeup: dusty and smudgy, but not scratched

Back view: This picture actually highlights the damage and makes it look worse than in person. That ding in the stainless strip looks much worse than it does in reality. I should have bumped that out when I had it apart. Didn't really occur to me because it doesn't cause any problems whatsoever. It's covered when a cartridge is inserted.

[Canceled]: Seems to be no significant interest. Likely will move it along to a different venue at a higher price.

Is the screen a little scratched up, or are those dust marks?

Depends on what you mean by "the screen". As I described, the polycarbonate faceplate has some scratches. The LCD itself is in nice condition with no visible damage at all.

The faceplate is designed to be swapped out by the user.

Dang...I can't believe how hard it is to intentionally take pictures of scratches on a transparent surface. Anyone have any tips? Maybe I can catch them better in a short video clip. I'll try that later on today.

(I believe that the scratches in the polycarbonate could be dealt with sufficiently by some plastic polish. I don't happen to have any or I'd give it a try.)

[Edit]: added picture in first post.
