bluemonday Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Hi, another Lynx screen issue thread I'm afraid. Short lines of white pixels have appeared around the edge of my Lynx II screen. Here is a screenshot at darkest brightness: The opacity of the white lines doesn't change as you adjust the brightness. So at middle brightness, you can seen them overlaying the game you are playing, and if you turn the brightness right up you almost can't see them as the whole screen is pretty-much white. Games are playable but I'm interested to know if this is repairable (perhaps a loose or faulty ribbon cable?) or is a sign that the LCD is on the way out. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
