"Atari 7800 ProSystem game organizer" Can't find this anywhere

Been searching around a while for game storage. I decided I want to take the games I play the most off my shelf & keep them handy in storage cases close by my TV . The woodgrain "2600 cartridge library" that holds 14 games & has that center space for manuals I am planning to get for my favorite 2600 games & this one I found an image of would be perfect for the best of my 7800 collection. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction to some online stores I can find this or something similar (preferably black, around 14-18 cartridge capacity & not too bulky)

I've never seen that before. I doubt Atari [Corp] made it. Maybe Telegames did.

I think I have one of those- I can check the manufacturer next time at at the storage (hard to do when it's so HOT!).

I wish more of these were floating around. I got a half dozen a few years ago, and haven't been able to find any (except for way overpriced ones on ebay) ever since (the book in the middle):

Yea I'm very suprised how little the variation of cartridge organizers seems to be out there...The woodgrain is nice, but just feels too 70's to me for my 7800 games lol....My 1st 2600 we had a black plastic one, single row, that maybe held around ten & it had a white lid you could put on & remove that covered the games...Haven't seen that anywhere

I still haven't gotten to the storage- it's 98*F outside and the heat index is over 100*F most days- when it isn't thunderstorming with ground-cloud lightning.

sorry- I have the 'books' for sure a hole handful and a tower built out of the lock togerther type

Heh, I'm shocked that those things are hard to find. We had a little over a dozen or so of those because they were cheap, and 2600 & Colecovision cartridges fit in them nicely!

I called up a game store I found recently that said they had a huge variety of them & to call for details...Turns out the owner threw them all away because he said they were taking up way too much shelf space needed for games ....It's still unbelievable to me that millions of used games are availiable to buy out there, but when it comes to storage cases you have like 2 types to freakin choose from

the pic in post #1 looks like a reused 8 track tape storage unit...not that I have seen an abundance of those lately..however...if yu are good with wood and wood tools..maybe you can make your own storage case. ..but if you prefer plastic..well you are limited to what has been prefabbed.

 

Does anyone here remember 8 track tapes???

According to the site I found an image on, I believe it was an official 7800 accessory called the "Atari 7800 ProSystem game organizer" The store owner I spoke with said he actually did have a few of those too
