Need an odd custom cable

I have an RGB modded TurboDuo, but the person who did the mod put a VGA style video connector on it and no sound jacks. To get sound I still use the regular video/sound cable for the two stereo leads. For my RGB systems I have a Sync Strike which takes a SCART connector, strips out the sync, and then has a VGA connector as output. I have a VGA connector to RGB cable that goes to my monitor so that's all covered.

 

So basically I need a cable with male VGA and female RCA sound connectors on one end (male VGA plugs into the system and the stereo sound plugs will plug into the femael RCA connectors) and male SCART on the other (this will plug into my Sync Strike). Of course the female RCA connectors would be wired into the sound pins on the SCART cable and the VGA into the video.

 

Does this make sense to anyone? Can such a cable be made? I see similar cables for arcade boards on Ebay (www.ebay.com/itm/VGA-RGB-TO-SCART-2-METERS-SOUND-JACK-EUROCONECTOR-for-JAMMA-ARCADE-system-/331278726620) but they just have a stereo jack. Unless I can plug such a cable into the headphone jack on the TurboDuo?
