cimerians
Looks like this holiday will have maybe one final release of special editions....and a blue one: http://news.xbox.com/2014/09/xbox-360-holiday-value-bundles I have multicolored original Xbox's (I did some myself, very tedious) and three different model 360's (including the Star Wars model). Feels tempting to get this blue thing....
Mendon
Blue one is a Walmart exclusive. They also had an exclusive blue Wii system at one time. Guess Walmart likes blue....

I wanted to get that blue Wii at one point but I remember reading somewhere the Gamecube BC was removed or something like that.
Video
Not sure about that, it's a bit high I think (considering the age of the games packed in) Though I haven't priced a bare system with a 500gb hdd (though the 250 one only cost $200 so...) I like the color though, if I didn't have one, and the games I'd probably aim for that.
GrizzLee
Picked one up yesterday. I had issues migrating my HD content to the new drive. MS support person I talked with kept insisting that I had a 3rd party transfer cable (I got it from the MS store in redmond, Wa) and that they don't support bootleg hard drives (huh?!?!). Turns out the support person was unaware that there was a 500 GB HD availble. He thought I had modded my box. I finally got it sorted out on my own w/o their help. I think there is something withthe firm ware on the Smurf box that caused my issue or their S/W didn't acocunt for the 500 GB HD.
