Error 500 Uploading Pictures

Hello;

I was trying to upload some pictures in the Market Place tonight, and I received Error Code 500, when trying to upload.

 

There was no rhyme or reason, all were taken with the same camera, and were about 1.5 MB in size. I was below my 10 MB quota. I tried changing the names of the files also, but still the same error code. I also tried the basic and advanced loader. AA uploaded some pictures, but not others.

 

Any idea why?

I've received the same error with photos taken with my Samsung digital. I've used a couple of methods done to get around this error:

 

1) Open a GALLERY, but make it private so other users cannot view all the images, then link to the individual image to insert the photo in your post. It's convoluted, but it works.

 

2) Another thing that works is to display the image on the screen, then take a screen shot of it, then save it. Works every time.

 

I've tried many things, like removing private data from the images, loading them with a graphics editor and re-saving them in a more compressed format you name it.
